Late October 2025 is not long ago. That’s when lizaro casino went live under GMBL Tech, a Costa Rica-registered operator that says remarkably little about itself. New casinos deserve suspicion by default – not because they’re crooked, but because nobody has had time to find out. Treat this as a first look, not a verdict.

Licensing, Security, and a Missing Safety Net

Costa Rica isn’t a licensing authority the way Curaçao or the UK Gambling Commission are. It’s a jurisdiction that permits the business. GMBL Tech still answers to privacy, anti-money-laundering and consumer-protection law, and the site encrypts its traffic properly. What’s absent is more telling: no self-set deposit limit, no loss limit, no cool-off button in the account settings. Self-exclusion means emailing support and asking. That’s a real gap.

Claiming the Welcome Package

The headline offer is a four-part deposit match with free spins, or a sportsbook free bet as the alternative on deposit one.

1. Register – under a minute.
2. Pick a payment method and make a qualifying deposit.
3. Choose the casino match or the sportsbook free bet.
4. Repeat across the next three deposits to unlock the full package.

Small deposits also get a shot at the Bonus Crab, a pick-a-prize feature that can drop coins, spins or cash.

Where the Bonus Math Turns Sour

Thirty-five times the deposit and the bonus. That rollover is the weakest thing about the whole offer. Plenty of rivals ask thirty to fifty times the bonus alone – a far friendlier equation. Add a ten-day clock, a low maximum bet while wagering, and table games contributing a tenth of what slots do, and you have a bonus that looks generous and behaves like a chore. The free spins are milder, and the sportsbook rollover is comparatively gentle.

Nearly Nine Thousand Games, Sorted Badly

One hundred and nineteen providers – Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Betsoft, SA Gaming, Revolver. The slots lobby is vast; the live floor is neatly divided into roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows and dice; jackpots get their own shelves.

The problem is filters. Provider, “new,” “popular” – that’s about it. No theme filter, no feature filter. Hunting a Megaways title with a bonus buy inside nine thousand games is guesswork.

Money In, Money Out

Deposit turnover is just 1x, which is refreshingly sane. The crypto minimums are the annoyance – they bounce around enough to shut out small players.

Cashback, VIP, and the Long Game

• Live casino losses return a quarter weekly, with a token 1x rollover.
• Slot cashback unlocks at VIP level three and climbs from there.
• Sportsbook losses pay back a tenth every week, at any level.
• Coins from challenges and tournaments spend in a bonus shop.

Support is the bright spot: live chat answers inside a couple of minutes, around the clock, and the agents know the withdrawal rules.

Here’s the practical read. If clearing a bonus matters to you, go elsewhere – that 35x on deposit plus bonus is the deal-breaker. If you’re a slots or sports player who ignores bonuses, deposits small and just wants variety, Lizaro is worth a cautious test with money you’d shrug off losing. Give it a year before you trust it with more.
